INEC former chief, Nwosu gets seven-year jail term for receiving bribe from Diezani
The Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced a former Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Administrative Secretary in Kwara State, Mr. Christian Nwosu, and a former INEC official, Mr. Tijani Bashir, to seven years imprisonment.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned them for allegedly accepting bribe from former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke.
